Tracking Information

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

HRTLS HMBL is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information
